Day and Night cricket matches under floodlights.

Police Ground Bharari, Shimla
For the first time in Shimla, night matches under floodlights.
Registration Fee
₹5,500 Per Team (ward wise team)
11,000 Per Team (Departmental team)

About The Movement
Shimla Cricket Carnival is more than just a tournament. It is a social movement committed to replacing drugs with sports, street corners with stadiums, and gangs with teams. The initiative aims to unite youth from every ward of Shimla through healthy competition, teamwork, and positive energy.
Tournament Structure
Team Registrations
11th May 2026 – 17th May 2026 (Till 11:59 PM)
Verification & Scheduling
Teams, documents, and payment proofs will be verified by the organizing committee.
Opening Ceremony
Official launch event at The Ridge, Shimla on 16th May 2026.
Main Tournament
League and knockout matches from 1st June to 13th June 2026.
Team Eligibility
Participation Criteria
- Each team must represent a recognized ward/locality.
- Each team can register a maximum of 12 players.
- All players must submit valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID).
- Players must carry original ID proof during matches if requested.
- A player cannot participate for multiple teams.
- Any false information may lead to immediate disqualification.
Tournament Rules
General Rules
- The decision of umpires and organizing committee will be final and binding.
- Teams must report at the venue at least 30 minutes before match time.
- Late arrival may result in walkover at the discretion of organizers.
- Proper sportsmanship and discipline are mandatory throughout the tournament.
- Use of abusive language, violence, or misconduct will lead to strict action.
- Any involvement in drugs, alcohol, or illegal activities during the event will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify fixtures or schedules if required.
Match Rules
- Match format and overs will be announced before the tournament begins.
- White cricket dress code or team jerseys are recommended.
- Teams must maintain uniform discipline during matches.
- Ball type and playing conditions will be decided by the organizers.
- Rain-affected matches will be managed as per committee decision.

How To Register
- Download or fill the official registration form from the website.
- Complete all team and player details carefully.
- Upload the completed registration form in PDF format.
- Pay the registration fee through the official payment method.
- Upload payment screenshot/receipt for verification.
- Registration will be considered complete only after successful verification.

Official Terms
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Organizers reserve the right to reject any registration without prior notice.
- Players participate entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
- The organizing committee shall not be responsible for injuries, loss, theft, or damage.
- By registering, teams agree to follow all tournament rules and committee decisions.
- Use of fake identity, unfair means, or indiscipline may lead to permanent ban from future events.
- Photography, videography, and social media coverage may be used for promotional purposes.
